At Garmentory, we want you to love your independent designer finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that all returns must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Garmentory account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Wait for Boutique Approval
Since Garmentory connects you with independent boutiques worldwide, the specific seller will review your request and provide a prepaid shipping label or instructions within 24-48 hours.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your item in its original packaging, include any designer boxes or dust bags, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once the boutique receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
